First Impression
My first impression was 'very unorganised'. There were lots of different things spaced out in different places across the page. When i first went onto your site i was expecting to see your navigation by the top, try moving it up so that when people go onto your site they see it straight away. Try to use less pictures on your home page as that meakes it seem more untidy. My other first impression was 'WOW, you LOVE Harry Potter' lol.
Layout/Coding
There is not a layout!!! Having one would make your main page seem and LOOK much more organised. Coding- your Navigation is coded and it fits in quite well. Is the banner with your website name on above the navigation your LINK BUTTON? If it is it's a bit big lol. Try getting a smaller one then more people will take it.
Content
You have some visitor content; Fixed Backgrounds, Html codes, Icons and layouts/blends. I was glad to see that you had html codes there as it makes you (the owner) seem more professional. You also had a wide range of fixed backgrounds and they were layed out neatly. Welldone on the visitor content :)
entertainment
I loved Harry Potter obsession, it is a really good read and would keep your viewers interested and happy. You had lots of polls, they are fun and entertaining. Profiles-the link to the Actors profiles had a sign underneath saying 'finished' but when i clicked on the link i just found a picture, no Profiles for the actors. Try to finish them as people like reading about the actors and characters.
Competitions
Your competitions were original and fun. I really enjoy guessing the eyes and i am sure lots of other people do to. Site of the month and fan of the month, everyone likes signing up for these competitions because if they win it is very rewarding! welldone on the comps.
HTML codes
Again a wide range of html codes. These are a good choice and you also have harry potter realted ones which are the fixed backgrounds. Nothing else to say for html codes :)
Spelling/Grammer
Your grammer is fine for this type of site, and instead of 'n' will look better but it is up to you. Please check your spelling in your updates box. Other than that its FINE!
Conclusion/Summery
I really like your site, it has mostly everything to do with Harry Potter which is what your site name suggests. Try to tidy it up a bit though!!! It will get you more hits because it will look better and people wont think 'ewww...TACKY'. Talking of tacky, please try not to use ANYMORE glittery stuff it makes it look BAD!!
